Moment for Goodness (Amidst a Workout)

Do you see those two runners on the right side of this photo?
We saw them as we walked last night, picking up trash as they ran. Whatever garbage they saw along the road, they grabbed & held onto until they reached a trash can.

​What a beautiful reminder of how we can all make a difference in some way.
