Workplace wellness is a huge topic. With more and more hours sitting at a desk, the need for improving focus, energy, and overall health is ever-increasing.
Many startups and small businesses lose the benefit larger companies have of in-house fitness centers. Bringing classes to the office offers a great chance to improve health and get back to work refreshed and energized.
All that is needed is a space large enough for some jumping jacks or some mats-- be it a conference room or small office!

-No shower? More focus on breath and stretching in the morning and afternoon classes has been popular at sites, where some even stay in their work clothes! After work = sweat it out.
-Timing? Before work, during lunch, end of the day….45 minutes, 60 minutes…everything is adjustable to work with your office culture.
-Do both men and women take these classes? Absolutely! I find the men are the most surprised at how good they feel after taking just a little bit of time in their day to breathe, stretch, and work some muscles they ‘didn’t know they had’!
-Levels? All levels welcomed. I have over a decade of experience teaching in corporations in NYC to a variety of levels in a single class and assure you I hold it in highest priority that every person feels comfortable and appropriately challenged.
