Workplace Wellness
HEALTHIER EMPLOYEES = STRONGER COMPANY
Workplace wellness is a huge topic. With more and more hours sitting at a desk, the need for improving focus, energy, and overall health is ever-increasing.
Many startups and small businesses lose the benefit larger companies have of in-house fitness centers. Bringing classes and coaching to the office offers a great chance to improve health and get back to work refreshed and energized.
Virtual and in-person (NYC) is available-- all you need is a space such as a conference room or small office for a successful set-up.

FAQs:
-Coaching vs. Classes?
Coaching takes account of the 'whole health' of your employees. Sessions are a mix of discussion, guidance, and workouts. Additionally, employees are held to accountability factors throughout the week. Classes are strictly workouts, 20-45 minutes in length, option to add in Q&As as well.
-What classes?
-Pilates, Stretch & Breathe, and Wellness Talks have proven to be the most popular for a pre-work or midday break in companies. Employees can get exercise without much sweat in these classes, and/or they can nourish their brains learning about tips and tricks to become a healthier version of themselves in a wellness talk.
-Bootcamp and Barre are great options in the evenings for employees to let out stresses of the day and break a sweat before heading home.
-How do I schedule?
Reach out to Kate HERE and we can set up a phone or in-person meeting to talk about creating a customized proposal for your company's needs.
-Why movement classes? Increase energy and brain function, do away with low back pain (top reason employees miss work in the USA), healthier, stronger employees. Improved mood, improved productivity, and much more.
-No shower for workouts? A focus on breath and stretching in the morning and afternoon classes has been popular at sites, where some even stay in their work clothes. After work = sweat it out.
-Timing? Before work, during lunch, end of the day...everything is adjustable to work with your office culture.
-Do both men and women enroll? Absolutely! I find the men are the most surprised at how good they feel after taking just a little bit of time in their day to breathe, stretch, and work some muscles they ‘didn’t know they had’.
-Levels? All levels welcomed. I have over a decade of experience teaching in corporations in NYC to a variety of levels in a single class and coaching program and assure you I hold it in highest priority that every person feels comfortable and appropriately challenged.
-Results-oriented:
-Smaller firms using these programs have told me of the positive change in attitude, efficiency, and overall culture in small and large ways in their offices.
-I have a passion for helping people feel their best.
-I work with other health professionals to bring your company what it needs: fitness, nutrition, breath work, community-building, stress-less techniques, & more.
