Today I want to workout.

But I don't really want to jump up and down.
Or go outside. Or get too, too sweaty.

And I want to have an excuse to have a favorite show on in the background without feeling 'guilty' (anyone? just me?).

CHECK.

Oh, and I just want to work my lower body.
